\u00c0 la fin, il y a ici une longue histoire. Le motif de fond de la livr\u00e9e est principalement bas\u00e9 sur le motif de l'\u00e9quipe de pr\u00e9sentation officielle F5 SFA. Un pilote DCS (Hornet1227) a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une jolie livr\u00e9e pour le fa18. Ensuite, un de mes amis (Titicopter) a produit un ensemble de livr\u00e9es nomm\u00e9es avec les noms des membres de notre club d'h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res RC. Il a \u00e9galement d\u00e9fini le nom d'EHC (Escadrille des H\u00e9rons de Cuarnens) et m\u00eame si Titi ne vole pas avec nous aujourd'hui, nous avons gard\u00e9 le label. Et sans en avoir conscience, il cr\u00e9ait l\u2019embryon de ce que nous sommes aujourd\u2019hui.\u00a0<\/p>

Un an plus tard, alors que nous commencions s\u00e9rieusement \u00e0 nous entra\u00eener, j'ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 R2D2 (num\u00e9ro 2) de r\u00e9aliser les livr\u00e9es officielles, avec num\u00e9ros et noms. Ensuite, celles-ci sont devenues nos livr\u00e9es de pr\u00e9sentation officielles.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lorsque Spotter, num\u00e9ro 6 nous a rejoint, il a produit un autre ensemble de livr\u00e9es d'entra\u00eenement avec des marques. Il aime inventer et am\u00e9liorer. Lorsque nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 les correctifs, nous en avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 deux diff\u00e9rents. (R2D2 est le cr\u00e9ateur des deux).\u00a0Le premier avec neuf avions incluant les pilotes suppl\u00e9ants, et celui avec 6 avions repr\u00e9sentant la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9lection. L'id\u00e9e \u00e9tait d'\u00e9viter d'exclure les pilotes les moins int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Enfin, comme l'\u00e9volution fait partie de la vie mi-2024, nous cr\u00e9ons une strat\u00e9gie de remplacement pour renforcer les comp\u00e9tences et la r\u00e9silience humaine au sein de l'\u00e9quipe. Les deux patchs repr\u00e9sentent parfaitement la strat\u00e9gie que nous essayons de mettre en \u0153uvre actuellement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
